Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit Methods & Minimum Amount
The payment methods currently accepted for depositing funds on cdk33 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
- Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed.
- Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Similarly, depositing ৳42,000 will still cap the bonus at ৳20,000 — giving a total balance of ৳62,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only. The current requirement is 10x. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳10,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawing bonus winnings.
4.3 General Bonus Rules
- A bonus offer can be claimed only once per household, device, or IP address.
- Bets placed with bonus funds may be restricted to specific game categories — the detailed terms of each offer apply separately.
- cdk33 reserves the right to make changes to its bonus programme at any time, though the terms of an ongoing bonus will not be altered.
- If misuse of bonus terms is suspected, cdk33 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and review the account.
Gaming Rules & Fair Play
All games on cdk33 operate under fair play principles. Ensuring transparent and impartial outcomes across every category — including slots, casino table games, and sports betting — is our priority.
5.1 Betting Limits
Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are clearly stated in the game interface. If a technical error results in abnormal odds or outcomes, cdk33 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
5.2 Sports Betting
For sports betting, the official result of the event shall be considered final. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the affected bets will be handled under separate rules, which are detailed in the betting section.
- Using any software, bots, or automation tools to place bets is strictly prohibited.
- Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses will be treated as arbitrage betting and the accounts will be closed.
- Any dispute regarding a game result must be reported to the support team within 24 hours.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cdk33 platform. Violating these rules will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited:
